Ardencaple BC Race Night - Friday 26th February

The Club is holding a Race Night at Hermitage Academy on Friday 26th February from 7.30 pm to 11.30 pm. There will be a fully licenced bar and this is an adult-only event for players' parents and their friends from across all age-groups within the club.

Each age group has been requested to sell tickets, so please ask your parents to let me know how many tickets/places they require for themselves and any friends or guests that they would like to bring along - £3 per person and available on a 1st come, 1st served basis so book early to avoid disappointment!

We would also like them to buy (or sell to their friends, relatives, neighbours, workmates, etc) either jockeys or owners for the races that will take place on the night. Again, this costs £3 for either a jockey or to become an owner. There are 6 races on the night and every winning jockey and owner shall each receive a bottle of spirits. For those who may be unable to attend, please note that you can still support the event and join in the fun by buying jockeys or owners in advance.

We can also ask firms - local or otherwise - if they would like to sponsor any one of the 6 races at a cost of £50 per race, for which they will receive advertising in the Race Night Programme, as well as 4 complimentary tickets to attend. We would also appreciate any donations of prizes to be rafflled on the night.

Naturally, there will also be an opportunity to bet on each race on the night. So please, please, please support your Club - buy a ticket and come along on the night OR if you can't make it, buy a horse or a jockey.

Obviously, we need to get the programme printed well in advance so we would like to get all the sponsors and the jockeys and owners sorted and sold asap and well before Friday 5th February.
